Fabric is pre-set in a mold so that it can be applied to the product as it is being molded. No adhesive is used and the fabric and plastic are made from the same basic material to achieve recyclability, thereby reducing the product’s environmental impact. |

Kyoraku’s advanced foam blow molding technology has achieved ultra lightness, high heat-insulation properties, cost reductions and excellent recyclability by eliminating the need to apply heat-insulating urethane. |

A foaming agent is fed into the mold while blow molding is taking place, resulting in a product with extremely high rigidity and heat-insulation properties. This method is used for bathroom ceilings. |

Part of the mold cavity is expanded, and gas is blown in to form double walls. This technique, which enables the manufacture of products with a high degree of rigidity that was not achievable with conventional injection molding, is used for copier panels, etc.

As part of the effort to achieve products with good appearance and design, we use a technology called NGF. A closed-vacuum space is made in a chamber box, into which atmospheric pressure is introduced to pressurize a sheet for forming. This method allows advanced surface heating in order to create decorative finishes such as woodgrain, etc.
