Deck board stiffness analysis

As a design CAE, it is possible to not only quickly check specifications, but also to perform highly accurate analysis by taking nonlinearity into account.

Air conditioning duct analysis

It is possible to perform flow analysis for air conditioning ducts, one of our main products. By combining this with blow molding analysis, it is possible to design optimal flow paths while taking moldability into consideration.

Dynamic Impact Analysis

We conduct analyses mainly on impact absorbing components for automobiles, and have achieved a significant improvement in accuracy by reflecting the thickness distribution results of blow molding analysis, ensuring performance without rework.

Blow Molding Analysis

Our specialty is blow molding analysis. By reproducing the complex behavior of molten resin during blow molding, we can predict thickness distribution and defect occurrence in advance, allowing us to propose optimal shapes without relying on intuition or experience.
