We offer a variety of materials in a variety of forms
We can provide a variety of foam materials and can perform various processing such as adhesive, vertical cutting, slicing, and 3D cutting to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Key points about foam materials
Short delivery time and low cost
It has excellent cost performance compared to molding machines in Japan and overseas (comparison of the same model).
Short-term installation possible
Modularization of each part enables installation in a short period of time.
Hygiene advantage
Suitable for use in clean environments where hydraulic equipment cannot be installed.
Examples of materials that can be proposed
Styrofoam™ (Manufacturer: DuPont Styro Corporation)
Styrofoam™ is a type of foamed plastic insulation material with the following characteristics:
- It has low thermal conductivity and high insulation performance.
- It has excellent water resistance and prevents condensation and mold.
- It is light, durable and easy to process.
- We can provide a variety of easy-to-use products, including vertical cutting and single-sided adhesive coating.
Usage
Insulation, building materials, walls, floors, models, adhesives
WOODLAC (manufacturer: DuPont Styro Corporation)
WOODLAC is a type of foam plastic insulation material with the following characteristics:
- Because it is an extrusion molded product with a skin layer, the surface is hard and smooth, with a bright and beautiful finish.
- Due to the nature of the material itself and its closed-cell structure, it does not absorb water easily, so its insulating performance does not deteriorate.
- It is light, durable and easy to process.
Usage
Insulation, building materials, POP, walls, floors, models, adhesive
NORSEAL® (Manufacturer: Saint-Gobain K.K.)
There are various types of Norseal, each with the following characteristics:
NORSEAL® PVC
This foam sealant has a soft PVC base foam with an acrylic adhesive applied to one side. It combines flexibility with a closed-cell structure, providing a high sealing effect even under low load and compression.
NORSEAL® Polyurethane
This foam, whose main component is polyurethane, has a semi-closed cell structure. It has excellent adhesion and conformability to mating materials, and has excellent sealing performance even at low compression.
NORSEAL® SILICONE
This silicone foam features a smooth surface and low compression set. It maintains its original performance and elasticity over a wide temperature range from -73°C to 260°C, and can quickly recover when used as a seal.
Usage
Watertightness, airtightness, building materials, plumbing, housing equipment, baths, kitchens, toilets, eaves
Norbond® (Manufacturer: Saint-Gobain K.K.)
Norbond® is a double-sided adhesive tape that is primarily used for building materials and has the following features:
- The combination of a flexible substrate and a special acrylic adhesive provides excellent adhesion.
- It can be used over a wide temperature range and provides stable adhesion to a variety of surfaces, including aluminum and painted surfaces.
- The flexible base material absorbs peel energy, allowing it to conform to variations in the joints of the substrate.
- It absorbs deflection of the panel caused by thermal expansion and wind pressure after installation, and does not impair the aesthetic appearance of the surface.
- By reducing or eliminating the use of liquid adhesives, bolts, rivets or welding, it contributes to efficiency and cost reduction in the assembly process.
Usage
Double-sided tape, steel plate adhesion, building materials, housing equipment, baths, kitchens, toilets, eaves
L-Block (Manufacturer: JSP Corporation)
L-BLOCK is a type of polyethylene foam made using the bead method, and has the following characteristics:
- It has excellent cushioning properties, surface protection, anti-static properties, and oil and chemical resistance.
- Since it can be molded using a mold, complex shapes can be created without processing.
- It can withstand repeated use.
- It does not absorb water and is resistant to low temperatures.
Usage
Cushioning material, packaging material, anti-static, mold molding, heat insulation
